Medical Services

The central piece of the Wecare Telehealth Model is a telehealth encounter to provide medical services. During these encounters, a licensed healthcare provider connects with patients in remote locations using our telecommunication platform. The provider, assisted by an on-site trained Health Care volunteer (HCV), will assess and diagnose the patient and will recommend a care plan based on the patient's needs. Afterwards, the HCV alongside the missionaries, local church, community leaders, and the Program Coordinator from Wecare Telehealth, will ensure that patients receive the adequate testing, treatment, and care as recommended by the provider.
